At Serenity Atlas Counseling, our team is dedicated to promoting accountability, healing, and long-term behavioral change. Each member brings specialized expertise in domestic violence intervention, trauma-informed care, and behavioral health services. We believe in meeting clients where they are — with structure, respect, and compassion.


Enjouli Steward, BA, SUDP, DV Supervisor
Clinical Director
Enjouli oversees the Domestic Violence Intervention and Substance Use Disorder programs. With extensive experience in both clinical treatment and supervision, she ensures that all services meet Washington State WAC standards and reflect the highest level of professionalism. Her approach integrates trauma-informed care, accountability, and individualized treatment planning to support genuine behavioral change.

Erica Allen
Administrator
Erica manages the daily operations of Serenity Atlas Counseling, providing essential support to staff and clients alike. Her attention to detail, organizational leadership, and commitment to confidentiality ensure that all administrative processes — from scheduling and documentation to communication and compliance — run efficiently. Erica plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our services.

Michael Brister, AA, CPC, SUDP
Michael is a State Certified Peer Counselor (CPC), and is currently a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) here at Serenity Atlas Services. His lived experience in the world of addiction, along with his education in Anthropology and Human Services from Highline College, provide him with a unique perspective and skill set to connect with individuals who are facing similar challenges. Michael’s “been there done that” approach allows him to offer empathy, understanding, and relatability to those he’s counseling, creating a sense of trust and rapport that can be incredibly valuable in this field.​
Nate Bicker, SUDPT
Nate is a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee, with a background in youth counseling and ministry. Nate brings a unique blend of compassion and expertise to his work. As a former youth counselor, Nate has experience guiding young people through difficult situations and providing support to help them navigate life’s challenges. Additionally, his time as a youth pastor has equipped him with the skills to offer spiritual guidance and mentorship to those in need. Nate is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others and empowering individuals to live healthy, fulfilling lives free from substance misuse.
