What to Expect

Starting an anger management program can feel uncomfortable — especially if it is court-ordered. Here is exactly what your journey looks like:

Step 1 — Schedule Your Assessment Call us at (253) 922-6522 to schedule your criminal or family law assessment. We will gather background information and determine which program level is appropriate for your situation.

Step 2 — Complete Your Intake You will meet with a counselor to review your program requirements, goals, and expectations. We create a safe, non-judgmental space from day one.

Step 3 — Begin Your Program You will be placed in the appropriate program based on your assessment — 8-hour, 16-hour, 3-month, or 6-month. Each program is structured and builds practical skills week by week.

Step 4 — Practice and Grow Between sessions you will practice the tools and techniques learned in the program. Our counselors support your growth every step of the way.

Step 5 — Complete and Receive Documentation Upon successful completion you will receive official documentation for your attorney, probation officer, or the court.
